Online assistance & Race pack fulfilment
We can help and assist with your online registration platform to prepare files for race numbers to post.
- Provide branded envelopes
- Clean files for the timing system
- Add race info leaflet to each posted pack
- Add branded race number/chip with bag tag attached

Branding & promotional packages
We can help and assist with promotional packages from launch of the event to the week leading up to the event.
Graphics can include pre-launch teasers, open registration notification, merchandise promotional graphics, countdown graphics and race instruction graphics.

Participant list & runner change details
After numbers are posted we can display a branded participant list that allows participants to change name up to the day before the event.
This works well for sold out events. Number swapping and participants wearing wrong numbers causes many issues from medical to results. This can help reduce this problem. We normally charge a fee to the participant for this service and this can be shared with the organiser. We simply transfer the file to our timing system the night before the event.

Gantry branding for start and finish areas
We can provide aluminium lightweight framed truss gantry for the start and finish. The size can be dictated by health & safety along with the ballasts required.
We can safely build a 6m wide finish and 7m wide start. We have built similar structures within Dublin city centre for Night Run events, and Grant Thornton/ALG events.
Branding options
We can help you brand the gantry in many ways. We can use breeze through material or pvc. We can also make a tight fitting material cover that zips around the structure giving a clean look.
Lead Car Clock
A quick and easy remote control clock can be easily attached to any car by using suction pads to secure to the roof.

Timing services & Branding
Race number & chip
- We can offer custom branded race numbers with logos, event/brand colours, participant name, t-shirt size etc.
- 2 x size numbers can be used - A5 & A4
- Medical details printed on the reverse side of the bib
- Detachable baggage tag attached to the bib
Timing splits
Timing splits can be placed at various points on the course. For example at 5k, 10k, Half Way, 20k points and announcer split for commentary at finish line.
This will provide live leaderboard results that can be viewed on the myrunresults.com website or via a customised web link or app.
Digital Race Certs attached to results
We can brand participants race certs that are attached to results.

A video clip will be attached to the results of each finisher.
Race merchandise
We can design and produce a wide variety of bespoke race and event merchandise. Fully custom t-shirts, socks, gloves and medals. See our rwsports.ie website for more examples.
Branded gazebos and tents
We can also design and produce fully branded gazebos, tents, barrier branding and flags etc.

We can custom build mobile and web apps. These can be used to provide additional event information or to help people keep track of participants as they pass set stages in the race. The mobile app can have push notificataions so you can get live updates as runners pass specific land marks or distance markers (e.g. 5k, 10k, halfway)
