Intermediate Girls 3,500m Call Up 1:20pm Race 1:30pm

Intermediate Boys 5,000m Call Up 1:40pm Race 1.50pm

Senior Girls 3,5000m Call Up 2:05pm Race 2:15pm

Senior Boys 6,500m Call Up 2:20pm Race 2:40pm

Directions: From Dublin (M1 to A1 to Belfast) this road will link onto the M2, stay on the left hand side of the motorway as this splits to form the M5. At Junction 4 take the A8 / A6 exit to Larne / Glengromley. At the roundabout, take the A6 to Antrim, it’s the second exit.

(DO NOT TAKE THE SIGN FOR MALLUSK). Continue on past the Chimney Corner Hotel which is on the left, Park Road is the nest turn left about 500m past the hotel.
