Thank you for registering for the Noel McManus Run/Cycle 2025 which takes place on Good Friday, 3^rd April. Below is some information to help you make the mo

st of the event.
* What time does the race start?
The race will start at 11am sharp for cyclists, 11.15am for half marathon, 11.30am for

10k and 11.45am for 5k.
* Where does the race start and finish
The race starts and finishes outside Lough Rynn Castle Hotel, Eircode N41 WE16.
* Where do I collect my race number? Lough Rynn Castle Hotel from 7-9 Thursday evening, 2^nd April and from 9.30-10.30am sharp Friday morning. Please note that the event needs to start on time to allow everything to run smoothly,

* Where can I park?
There will be free parking available outside Lough Rynn Castle Hotel (before you get to the main gate of the hotel). You will be directed where to go, please follow the directions of the marshals at all times. Please ensure you get to the venue on time, as it is important to get the races started at the relevant times. Also, it is important to note that there will be a short walk from the carpark to the start line so please allow for this. Carpooling would be advised.
* Will the roads be closed?
The roads won’t be closed so please follow the instructions of the Gardai and race marshals and be mindful that safety is paramount for all involved.
* Will the course be marked?
The race route will be clearly marked and marshalled along the way and there will be markers at each kilometre on the 5k & 10k and each mile on the half marathon.
* Are there toilets & showers available
There are toilets available in Lough Rynn Castle Hotel and there will be a toilets at the start line and also half way on the half marathon route. There are no showers available.
* What prizes will be awarded?
Trophies are awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd male & female in each event and also for juvenile in the 5k. Trophies for the 1st female and male over 40, 50 and 60 in the 5K, 10K and half marathon.
* When and where will the presentations take place?
The trophy presentation will take place after the race in the hotel ballroom.
* Refreshments
Refreshments will be provided in the hotel ballroom.
* When will the results be available?
As the race is chip-timed, your result will be available straight away and full results will be available online soon after the race ends.

Finally, please remember that we are a small committee of volunteers and we depend on the assistance of a lot of volunteers who give up their time on the day. We could not run the event without this help.
