Would you like to run a sub 40 mins 10k?. Here is your chance. The Run Hub with MyRunResults and Run Dtc can prepare you hit that sub 40 mins. We invite 40 participants to take part in our 12 week programme ending on September 19th with all particpants runnunf sub 40.

12 WEEK PLAN 40/ 40 WITH THE RUN HUB.

1. Start date July 1st.

2. Enter from 23rd of July with 40 places.

- Entrants will be vetted and asked to send verification of their most recent 10k or 5k time.

- Selection process will made on the July 1st

- must be 40 to 45 mins.

- agree to attend all gatherings in the Run Hub and Run DTC Coaching meets.

3. What the entrant gets.

- 12 week training plan by RunDtc with regular communication with the DTC coach. Also oppertunity to take part in Run Dtc training nights each tuesday and Thursday.

- 40/ 40 t-shirt for all participants.

- Hydration and Nutrion talk with in-depth science behind the importance of fueling and hydration.

- free mermhandise when you attend each meeting in the Run Hub.

- Regular Q&As with Top athletes and Coaches Feidhlim Kelly and Daniel Stone of Run DTC.

- Free entry to PACED KS WITH Dtc and MyRunResults on July 8th. This will help us understand your current fitness level and how to progress your training programme.

- 5k controlled pace race on track at half way point (6 weeks) This will measure progress and evaluate each participant position on achieving sub 40 mins for 10k on the track September 19th.

- Discounts in The Run Hub on selected items.

- Discount on Selected MyRunResults timed races.

10K TRACK SUB 40 RACE.

- Each participant will be kitted out from head to toe with gear from a top running brands. (value €400)

Participants will be broken down into teams for the 10k track event according to their sports brand )ie Adidas, Asics etc.

Run DTC to write 12 week plan. Have access to the participants to communicate their training progress.

Analyse participants after paced k events. Attend Q&As in Rub hub to advise on drills and share knowledge from Top Dtc athletes.

Entry fee €150

Value includes the full gear kit training plan (€400), timed events, and free merchandise (€200).

€1,000 value for participants plus breaking 40 mins for 10k.
