The Frank Fagan Memorial Duathlon comprises run (10K) followed by a cycle (54K) followed by a run (3K). Participants can take part as individuals or as part of a team. This duathlon is run in memory of Frank Fagan. This is a charity event and all proceeds are donated to the Irish Heart Foundation.

Prizes are awarded for individuals (M&F) and teams (M, F, and mixed).
Price of entry is €30 per person (or €60 for a 2 person team) and the race commences at 10am.
Registration Rules:
Participants must be aged 18+ if you are taking part as an individual or 16+ if you are part of a team.
No drafting allowed.
Normal rules of the road apply.
