An Cosantóir 10K fun run will be held in The Phoenix Park on Wednesday the 1st of October 2025.

The race is open to all PDF, RDF, DoD, and retired personnel. 

Individual run / walk 13:30 start

• Please indiacte if you will be attending on the day. If you select no, you will not be sent a chipped number and no new numbers will be issued on the day.
• All units are listed, please check thoroughly and select the correct unit. NB. If you do not select the correct unit you will not be considered as part of the team. No additions will be made on the day

Block entries 12:00 start

• Please contact [email protected] with t-shirt sizes and delivery address before September 10th.

Loaded march (team of 3) 12:00 start

• Please note all 3 pack will be sent to first registered team member.
