One of the Irelands top races is back again. The award winning Bweeng 5k attracts some of Irelands strongest runners but also provides plenty for the club runner and the social runner. Considered one of the fastest 5k courses on the circuit. 

Once again we will have chip timing. One of the very few races anywhere that offers a true chip timing start to finish and not a gun time start.
