RACE REPORT

 

A fantastic day in Bundoran for the Annual 10mile Challenge. Nearly 2,000 runners took to the stunning coastal town of Bundoran to take part in the 10 mile and 10k. These were record numbers following 470 runners who took part in last nights 5k. The weekend of fun and challenging events finishes with a Time Trial cycle tomorrow. The total number participating in this years event will exceed 2,500. Runners come here to compete and others just come to enjoy a great weekend break.. 

 

 This was a special event for Race organiser and Sponsor Canice Nicholas who's wife Ramona is expecting a new born this weekend. We wish Both Caince and Ramona the very best with their new born. 

The weather conditions were mild, but the coastal blustery wind certainly made the runners work hard for their times. We are sure that all the hard work will be well rewarded tonight in Bundoran.
