Connacht Rugby and Bank of Ireland have teamed up support clubs across Connacht.

Clubs aim to raise funds and connect with their communities by offering the chance taking part running or walking in this virtual 5k or 10k event.

This event is open to everyone, from all age groups and fitness levels, anywhere in the world – from Ballyhaunis to Bali and everywhere in between!

When you register select the club you would like to donate your registration fee to. There is an option to add a greater donation too.

Aim to complete your run/walk between the 17th March (St. Patrick's Day) and the 20th (Ireland V England in Six Nations).

Once you have completed your run/walk log your times using the myrunresults.com platform

Bank of Ireland will donate €5,000 towards equipment for the club that goes the extra mile!

Once you have completed your run/walk and logged your result you will receive a certificate.

Once you register there is an option to purchase a medal as a souvenir of the event
