RACE REPORT

 

 

The Staff Relay Series in the Phoenix Park was a huge success this evening. The was the largest ever turnout for the Relay Series. The purpose built tented village provided a real party atmosphere for participants. Over 5,000 runners competed and took part for their Company or work place employers. This was an ideal way for company employees to work and bond as a team outside of the workplace environment. This was a highly well organised event hosted by the The Staff Relay Series team. There is not doubt that every participant fully enjoyed what the event had to offer..

 

 

Each runner passed through the tented village to be spurred on by fellow team mates and other team spectators as they made their way to the hand over point. Music, BBQ food and lots of fun was  the order of the day. There will be plenty of good humour and banter among the workplaces in  Dublin and surrounding counties this Friday morning. There will be finish line video attached to individual team results over the coming 24hrs. 

.

ONLINE ENTRY FOR RUN DUBLIN RUN MALAHIDE CLOSES TONIGHT AT 11PM.
 
BORN2RUN the award winning race organisers would like to remind runners that online entry for Thursday night’s RUN DUBLIN RUN Malahide race closes tonight at 11pm. The race which includes a 10K and a 5k will take place at 7.30 pm on Thursday night and is the first race in a 4 race series which will run for the next 4 Thursdays.
Entry fee is €25 and for this runners will get a beautiful medal as well as post race refreshments. Each of the races in the series has a bespoke medal with a design specific to that particular race route. Runners can take part in as few or as many of the races as they wish but runners entering all 4 races in the series will get a discounted entry fee (€20/race) as well as a BORN2RUN Buff.
