Hosted by Lusk AC this race is an Athletics Ireland permitted road race open to men, women and children of all ages.  It will be chip timed 4 miles through the streets and roads of Lusk.   

The route will offers great potential for athletes to target a fast time, gives first time participants a great introduction to the 4 mile distance, and also allows supporters to provide plenty of encouragement along the way as it goes through Lusk village 3 times.  At 4 miles, this is also an ideal event for anyone new to fitness, walking or running, as the emphasis is on a fun day out in a friendly and safe environment.

The Thomas Ashe Dash Juvenile entry includes a medal with race distances for U8 - 400m, U12 - 800m and U16 - 1 mile.
