2026 Race Report
The Lusk 4 Mile was yet another top class race in the North Dublin village. It has become an integral part of the Lusk community and North Dublin. It promotes activity, community and family within the area. We had many kids races before the main 4 mile event. Clubs from all Dublin attended providing great fun and hopefully some future superstars.
The main race was won by Tadgh Donnelly of Dublin Track Club and Drogheda & Districk AC. Tagdh won the race from gun to tape. The only battle he had was to break the course record of 18:27. He just fell short running 18:37 in a blustery wind. No doubt he will be back on the track with coach Feidhlim Kelly for a great season ahead. Ben Guiden of Clonliffe Harriers placed second, clocking 19:22. James Hyland placed third.
The women's race was also another comfortable win for MSB A.C. athlete Catherina Mullen. This was a great win for the Cavan women after some time out. She ran 22:00 with Sinead Farrell of LSA in a time of 22:45. In 3rd place was Patricia Ferguson of Skerries A.C. in a time of 24:29.
Age categories were awarded along with a mixed team. Well done het again to Lusk A.C on a fantastic day of racing, entertainment and family day out.
Finish line video will be attached to individual results soon along with results, stats and more videos. Check out the Lusk 4 Mile Fb page for photos.
