RACE REPORT

 

A record number of participants attended the Navan AC, Simon Cumbers & Paddy Hyland 6k in Navan. Just under 1,000 runners came to Navan on a mild but damp evening which, was ideal for running. This event has increased in numbers considerably over the last couple of years. It was a highly organised event by Navan AC  with a fantastic finish line on the Claremount Stadium track. Runners were treat to a high quality event from start to finish. 

 

Each runner also received a medal and T Shirt along with some great food and beverages. The race attracted a very high standard of runners along with joggers and walkers. The event was open to abilities. Many Athletics clubs were in attendance from all over the county of Meath and beyond.
