10k and 5k Dublin Run in the Dark - Tuesday 14th November 2017 8pm
Join us and thousands of fellow runners in Dublin to Run in the Dark on Tuesday 14th November and support our ongoing research to find a cure for paralysis. For the first time, Dublin will lead the way of this global event, followed by runs in 40 cities around the world the following night. Take part in this unique multi location event and run in the dark for 5k or 10k. If your trainers are a little dusty you can even walk the route. Everyone who takes part on the night will be playing a big part in finding a cure for paralysis. The Dublin event will leave from Dublin City Centre at 8.00pm on Tuesday 14th November.

BY DART
The DART is the rail line running along the coast of Dublin, from Malahide and Howth southwards as far as Greystones, County Wicklow. Connolly, Pearse Street and Tara Street DART stations are all located a few minutes walk from Customs House Quay.
BY INTERCITY TRAIN
Connolly Station, is located close to Customs House Quay and is served by rail services from Belfast, Rosslare/Wexford and Sligo. Connolly Station is also served by suburban train services from Howth and Balbriggan in the North and Bray and Arklow in the South. From Heuston Station, take the LUAS Red Line to George's Dock stop.

The LUAS Red Line George's Dock stop is the closest LUAS stop to Customs House Quay.Customs House Quay is a 15 minute walk from the LUAS Green Line St. Stephen’s Green stop.

BAG DROP
There will be a specific bag drop facility for your number range on the pontoon area beside the CHQ building. Please bear in mind that if you deposit any baggage in this area it is entirely at your own risk. Do not leave any valuables in this area. No bags will be accepted after 7.40pm. Please put your detachable baggage label (from the bottom of your run number) on your bag before leaving it in. The Bag Drop facility is only for the storage of bags, unfortunately this is not a changing facility. An Information Helpdesk will also be located at the Bag Drop should you have any queries.
START TIME
Please note that the start time is 8.00pm and it is imperative that the event starts at this time. Please ensure you are at the start line for 7.45pm. The start line is located on Custom House Quay and is different from last year.
