Tarbert 10

RACE REPORT

The Tarbert 10 kicked off it's inaugural race this morning in fantastic conditions. This was a great event with distances to suit everyone 5k / 10k and the 10 mile.

Organisers went all out with a finishers medal for all participants plus t-shirts and buff's on offer for different distances, the spread of treats afterwards was also to be commended. This is definitely an event that has marked it's place in the race calendar.

The 5k winner was Adrian O'Connor with Michelle Greaney taking the women's title.

The 10k race was won by Sean O'Sullivan of An Riocht in 34:30 and Marie Claire Healy first women home in 41:40.

The 10 Mile title was taken by Derek Griffin of Tralee Harriers in 56:50 with Dolores Duffy of Waterglass Hill the female winner.
