Dublin Uneven Ages & Senior XC

Please find attached the timetable, course map and car park plan for the Dublin Senior, Junior & Juvenile Uneven Age Cross Country Championships.

Parking

1. Parking on campus will be at a premium and extremely limited throughout the event, so we would strongly encourage all participants to carpool wherever possible, and not to arrive any earlier than needed.
2. Sports Campus official parking attendants will be on site for the duration of the event to assist with traffic management and parking arrangements. We ask that all participants follow their instructions and park only in the designated areas directed by the attendants.
3. The time gaps in the timetable are to help accommodate participants across all races. In this regard, we would appreciate if those who have completed their race could make their way off site as soon as practical. This will help free up parking spaces for participants arriving for subsequent races and assist with the smooth running of the event.

Please communicate the above to your parents, coaches, and athletes.

We will be setting up the course on Saturday the 31st of October at 11:00 and would greatly appreciate some support.

ENTRIES CLOSE ON SUNDAY 25th OCTOBER AND NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCPTED

Kind Regards

Cecil
